Here is the PowerPoint Presentation for Alex Simpson and I's Media Coursework concept. In this presentation, Alex and I explored the different trailers, definitions and conventions of a "Rom-Com" and "A Love Story". After showing this presentation to the Media class, we gained feedback from them giving opinions and suggestions as to what film we should produce, the feedback was mixed and had some very good points ... Mostly about the fact that we weren't funny. However, in the end, we came up with a very interesting plot which mixes both the "traditional" love story and with the "teen" rom-com. Ready for it?... A Modern Day, Teenage equivalent to Pride and Prejudice!
